La Maison MGA announces the acquisition of the assets of MYRIADE, a specialist in advanced optical imaging and nano-bioanalysis technologies, which will be integrated into MGA TECHNOLOGIES. This transaction is accompanied by the creation of a secondary MGA site in Paris, dedicated to MYRIADE’s scientific, applications and software activities. The entire MYRIADE team is joining MGA TECHNOLOGIES, along with its flagship instrument, VIDEODROP, a unique solution for size & concentration of nanoparticles.
