Co-founded by Dr Mathias Butaud and Romain Navizet, Hekare develops a digital medical device for telemonitoring and support for people with severe psychiatric disorders.
The solution includes a patient app – for daily monitoring, access to educational resources, exercises and alerts – and a caregiver dashboard offering an overview, personalised alerts and better resource allocation.
Using digital phenotyping and transdiagnostic monitoring focused on functional disability, Hekare continuously analyses clinical, environmental and usage data to provide early, personalised detection of signs of decompensation and promote sustainable recovery.
By integrating medico-social actors and patient associations, Hekare strengthens the continuity of the patient-caregiver relationship beyond the hospital and contributes to a more humane, preventive and coordinated approach to psychiatry.
