Sanomoov provides an innovative digital solution to integrate Adapted Physical Activity (APA) into the care pathway of patients with chronic diseases.
The platform targets three groups:
 

• Healthcare institutions: a centralized management tool to guide, monitor, and coordinate patients in their APA programs, while facilitating data tracking.
• Patients: access to a directory of certified professionals and facilities, a tool to monitor their physical activity, and personalized sessions adapted through standardized tests and questionnaires.
• APA professionals: tools to manage their patient base, connect with new patients, and enrich their sessions thanks to a library of more than 1,800 exercises and a directory of over 2,000 practice locations.

Rooted in academic research (DeepTech i-PhD award), Sanomoov combines scientific and algorithmic approaches to ensure safety, personalization, and clinical effectiveness
