What exactly does the AuRA region delegation offer* correspond to?

The AuRA offer is organized in parallel with Business France: The company reserves its stand with Business France and chooses the exhibition hall, the surface area and any associated services.

• Regional subsidy: 50% of the cost of the stand up to a ceiling of €3,000 as well as coverage of 50% of travel and accommodation costs and in compliance with the rule of minimis and a predefined ceiling.
• Com-logistics package: Novéka invoices companies for a communications package (communication kit, shared services, etc.) which amounts to €750 excluding tax (€250 excluding tax for companies exhibiting in hall 15).
• During preparation and during the mission, the company will benefit from the support of Novéka + Lyonbiopôle (shared services, dedicated communication, organization of a networking cocktail during the event)
• The company organizes its own travel and accommodation.
• After the mission, Noveka will pay the company the regional subsidy for stand reservation costs, travel and accommodation costs upon presentation of invoices.
