Medtetch & Innovation Program Manager
Romain Gerland is Medtetch and Innovation Program Manager at Lyonbiopole. His mission is firstly to accompany and support companies in their development and search for partners for collaborative R&D projects as well as to support and lead Lyonbiopole’s network of clinicians.
Romain has previous experience as a project manager on various bioMérieux regional industrial sites. He then joined Medtronic as Project Manager responsible for the transition of different ranges on the site (class 3 MD) to the new medical device regulation (MDR).
Romain has a PhD in Pharmacy (ISPB Lyon) as well as a Civil Engineering degree from the École des Mines de Saint-Etienne.
