OncoShift is a Lyon-based biotech developing first-in-class therapies targeting tumor energy metabolism and OXPHOS dependency. Our lead program is designed to selectively target aggressive cancer cells while addressing key drivers of treatment resistance and relapse. By exploiting a fundamental metabolic vulnerability of tumors, OncoShift aims to deliver more durable therapeutic responses and improve outcomes for patients with high-unmet-need cancers.
