Our activites are focused on:
1/BACTUP - storage: secured and confidential storage and management of cells bank or micro-organisms.
2/ BACTUP - strain manufacturing: production of master cells banks and working cells banks of micro-organisms, with calibration, according to BPF/GMP guidelines.
3/ BACTUP - Identification and Characterization: microbial identification and characterization of micro-organisms, using biochemical, maldi-tof and PCR-sequencing technologies.
4/ BACTUP - Microbiological controls: pharmacopoeia tests in microbiology, challenge tests, bioburden, sterility tests, numeration, pathogenic search, culture media fertility, Media-fill test reading, environment microbiological monitoring, etc.
5/ BACTUP - Methods validation and development: cleaning and disinfection processes, rapid microbiological methods development and validation
