TECHNICIEN (NE) BIOCHIMIE - Plateforme Protéines recombinantes

 

Société française de services en Biotechnologie fondée en 2002 à Besançon (25), RD-Biotech propose des services de production de protéines recombinantes dans différents systèmes d’expression, pour des applications R&D ou pré-cliniques. Dans le cadre de son développement, RD-Biotech recrute un(e) technicien (ne) en biochimie, dont les missions principales seront : - Assurer la production et la purification de protéines recombinantes - Culture E.coli et levures - Réaliser divers types de purifications protéiques (affinité, échanges d’ions, gel filtration…) - Contrôles (SDS-PAGE, western-blotting, dosages protéiques, spectrophotométrie…) Voir la description détaillée
