TECHNICIEN DEVELOPPEMENT ANALYTIQUE

 

Rattaché(e) au responsable Contrôle Qualité, vous réalisez les missions suivantes dans le respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et de Laboratoire :
• Microbiologie : culture et dénombrement bactérien
• Virologie : Titration des particules virales infectieuses
• Biologie moléculaire : PCR, q-PCR, extraction et quantification ADN
• Immunologie et biochimie : dosage spectrophotométrique et immunobiologique (ELISA)
Vous êtes source de proposition pour l’optimisation des activités du laboratoire Contrôle Qualité et en soutien du Responsable Contrôle Qualité pour la gestion des validations analytiques, celle des sous-traitants analytiques, la rédaction de documents clés, nécessitant analyses et synthèses.
