Technicien de production

 

Le technicien de production aura pour rôle la production de cellules à partir d'échantillons de sang, de peau et de tumeur. Il réalisera également l'amplification en culture cellulaire de ces cellules afin de les congeler. Il participera aussi activement à la gestion du laboratoire.

CTIBIOTECH develops human cell-based bio-assays and realistic models in the fields of cancer research, skin biology for dermo-cosmetics and stem cells/regenerative medicine. Using a large variety of human cells and tissues type, 3D tissue engineering and 3D bioprinting, CTIBIOTECH is able to provide predictive models. We help partners with their experimental design to implement tailor-made efficiency tests, toxicity and screening experiments in our Lyon laboratories in France. Recognised for its proprietary expertise and technologies in bio-banking and cell culture, CTIBIOTECH is a founding member of the largest French cancer research consortium. Because we believe that human 3D models are more efficient and predictive as well as ethical, we only work with human tissues and cells. CTIBIOTECH’s research applications further include biomedical device development, cGMP-bioprocessing and clinical applications (cell therapy for diabetes, stroke, cancer, etc.).
