Ingénieur R&D

 

Rattaché(e) au Manager R&D, vous participez à la mise en place d’une plateforme pilote de fermentation et purification industrielle permettant le développement d’un portefeuille de nouveaux candidats-médicaments adaptés à des indications spécifiques dans le domaine de l’oncologie. Plus particulièrement, vous serez le référent sur les étapes upstream (milieu de culture, fermentation, récolte). Vous assurerez l’optimisation des étapes en place et proposerez la mise en place des technologies nécessaires à l’obtention d’un candidat médicament performant. Votre quotidien est partagé entre design et réalisation d’expérience en laboratoire et transcription et analyse des résultats. Vous êtes au cœur des échanges en interne et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe R&D, les équipes d’industrialisation, fabrication, règlementaires et recherche clinique.
