Working groups

One of Lyonbiopole's strengths is its lean governance which is characterised by responsive, involved industrial partners and relies on key expert bodies: Gtech and GD€co.

Gtech (technical group) is a working group of 12 intuitu personae members appointed by the Lyonbiopole Board of Directors.

> Gtech advises the cluster in its forward-looking R&D vision and scientific coordination strategy.
> It supports the cluster in analysing collaborative projects and assessing accreditation applications (particularly for FUI and PSPC projects). Only projects approved by Gtech are submitted to the Board of Directors for accreditation.
> It participates in tracking current projects.

Members of Gtech

GD€co (economic development group) is a working group of intuitu personaemembers, mostly SME directors, Bpifrance representatives, entrepreneurs and business developers.

> It considers initiatives and decides which tools to implement to help SMEs grow by issuing recommendations that are validated by the Lyonbiopole Board of Directors and then put into action.
