Lyonbiopole and 17 innovative companies will attend the BIO Convention

On the occasion of “BIO International Convention”, to be held in San Diego, United States, from June 23rd to 26th, 17 companies from Rhône-Alpes region will be co-exhibiting at the Lyonbiopole’s booth on the French pavilion:


Adocia, BIOASTER, Calixar, CapEval, CEA Leti, Cellipse, Cytoo, ERYtech Pharma, genOway, Imaxio, ImmunID, Indicia Biotechnology, Laboratoires OncoTherapy Science France, LXRepair, Prediction BioSciences, Synthelis, TransCure bioServices.

Considered as one of the most popular biotech event worldwide, the BIO Convention is an opportunity for SMBs to initiate new strategic contacts with US and international partners. For their participation, the Rhône-Alpes companies benefit from financial support of the Rhône-Alpes Region, Greater Lyon and Grenoble Alpes Metropole.


For nearly 10 years, the three local authorities have worked together and support Lyonbiopole, the one-stop shop for healthcare innovation in Rhône-Alpes and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lyon to organize the participation of one of the most important regional delegation of the French pavilion. It demonstrates the predominant position of the Rhône-Alpes healthcare sector at the international level.

 

In addition, on Monday, June 23rd, will take place the 8th edition of “Fast-Track R&D partnering with France”. This collective action of the French health Competitiveness Clusters is organized by UbiFrance thanks to the support of the DGCIS, Sanofi and AFII. It aims to promote the skills and expertise of French biotech SMBs, to discover the needs of companies and to promote meetings and exchanges between French and foreign players, major industries and SMBs.


Seven French innovative SMBs and five major international industrial groups will speak during this meeting (http://www.fast-track.fr/).
