ANAQUANT realizes a first fund raising to become the « Nespresso » of the bionalysis

ANAQUANT, a biotech startup from Lyon, specializes in mass spectrometry bioanalysis, announces a fundraising campaign with Health Angels Rhône-Alpes, a Business Angels dedicated to Life Sciences. These funds will enable ANAQUANT to implement a commercial strategy in order to launch Its innovation, READYBEADS, which facilitates and secures bioanalyses pharmaceutical industry .

READYBEADS is a new concept for ready to use standard solutions. It allows the preparation of very complex mixture in a minute. Thanks to the unique property of its polymer, READYBEADS improves the solubility and the stability of the coated molecules. This innovative approach is based on a water soluble biopolymere that does not interfere with mass spectrometry analysis , where internal standards of your choice are coated. The coated READYBEADS will be disolved directly in your sample to release the internal standards at a controlled concentration. READYBEADS can also be used to perform calibration curves using one bead per concentration point.

Whether you are concerned by upfront research, quality control, or clinical study, ANAQUANT provides tailor-made services for protein quantification from feasibility study to samples bioanalysis. Through its high added-value offer applied to biomarker and biologics analysis, ANAQUANT aims to propose you an orthogonal antibody-free alternative to immunoassay approach in order to:

  • simplify and accelerate the development of your bioanalytical tests during R&D stage
  • quickly validate or unvalidate your scientific hypotheses with limited expenses and risk
  • compare results with your reference method,
  • bring additional analytical information like precise measurement of proteins modifications.

Based on targeted mass spectrometry (SRM and MRM3) ANAQUANT develops single or multiplexed assay in small sample volume and complex biological matrices.
