Presentation of company's activity
Indicia Production main focus relies on the formulation and production of sterile products in a liquid form. The two main activities are: 1) manufacturing of ready-to-use microbiological media in plates, tubes, flasks and bags. Batch capacity is 1000 liters. 2) Indicia also proposes customized formulation and aspetic filling of sterile liquid products. Main applications are Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Sterile buffers and chemicals, complex cell culture media, liquid and sterile medical devices...Batch capacities range from few to 1500 liters. Indicia Production is ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and cGMP certified.     

Key features of company
Through METIS biotechnologies, INDICIA now proposes efficient solutions for the rapid microbiological controls in cosmetic, PCP and food industries. METIS'technology is based on the detection of viable microorganisms (bacteria, yeasts and molds) using flow cytometry.

Recent news
Indicia has recently increased its batch capacity for the production of sterile media and chemicals in 3 and 5 liter bags. More than1000 liters can be processed per batch in a 2-hour run. Capacity per day is approximately 1500 bags of 3 or 5 liters.
