The Inserm Jean Mérieux BSL4 Laboratory is a high containment laboratory dedicated to the study of risk group 4 (RG4) pathogens. Under the authority of Inserm since 2004, it is organized as a major infrastructure open to the whole national and international scientific community that needs to handle risk group 4 (RG4) infectious pathogens.
